Development of Unique Graphics Library

I am always on the lookout for things that could be used in marketing. Here I took a plastic apple, photographed it, and worked with it in photoshop.

Logo Designs

This is the logo I designed for a business here in Pennsylvania. I used a coin photo to develop the profile of Ben Franklin.

Here is the logo and business card developed for a foundation helping to get computers to female students in poor South American countries. I also did their stationary design.

I started with a photo of the fading sign outside the Waynesboro Model Railroad Club and reworked the logo for use in the club's publicity projects, including club hats.

Orrstown Bank had was considering changing their logo, so  I developed these possibilities for them. They were designed to retain symbolism of their horse and buggy past plus project the image of a modern and progressive bank.

Creative Projects Using Digital Photography

Based on my award-winning photo, "The Gaze" which was voter "Photo of the Year" from the Frederick Camera Clique, I used this photo on a stamp.

I also did a limited edition series of stamps using photography of my former model railroad in Mount Airy, MD to honor four of the major modeling scales. Sets of these stamps are available in limited supply. Email me at LeeScottDesign@gmail.com for information and current pricing.

If you search google images under the words "Leighton railroad photo" or "Leighton model railroad photo", this photo comes up as of January 1010 number 4 in the number of viewers or number one."

To thanks our RR club sponsors who paid for model cars to advertise their businesses, I photographed the cars in various settings on the layouts and added graphics. The prints were then framed and given to the businesses - a great hit!

Finally, fortunate timing for photo opportunities, combined with clever cropping and a creative title produce graphics that are unique and memorable. This was taken in the late stages of the demolition of Memorial Stadium in Baltimore.
